Support Requests

You can request support from your Profile page or your Home Page by clicking the Request support from your Circle switch.

This immediately lets everyone in your Circle know that you've asked for support via an alert in your newsfeed (with a blue tag), and they can share your Support Request with specific people or spread the word to their entire Circle.

Support Requests are available for those times when you simply need some advice, need an answer to a burning question, or need to reach out to your Circle for some encouragement or guidance.

Put it out there and see what comes back! Your Circle could surprise you.

You can gain 1 Loop by sharing someone's request to your Circle, or 3 Loops by forwarding to a specific individual in your Circle.

This reflects Reloop's belief that the strongest professional circles are built on personal recommendations and relationships, and taking the time to forward things to specific targeted relevant people is thoughtful and valuable.

If you think you can help someone, message them directly. You can also respond in the post on your newsfeed.

Anyone in your Circle will be able to see your support request. An alert will appear on their Homepage. They can share your request with specific people or spread the word to other Reloopers.

You'll get a notification if someone has shared your Support Request.

If someone has forwarded your Support request you will receive an email and a notification.
