Why does Reloop charge a membership fee?

Reloop has been designed to be a membership platform that provides a safe space for every flexible professional- it's not a "freemium" marketing tool.

Authenticity is at the heart of Reloop and we want our members to be able to share their true selves with their community. Reloop is an investment into yourself and your career.

Reloop believes in giving our members a place where data privacy is fundamental so we are committed to keeping our platform free from advertising and protecting your data.
How much does a Reloop membership cost?

We offer two membership types:

1. Classic Membership (for £75 / year or £10.42 /. month). This membership is best to build authentic networks, join a supportive community, and search roles.

2. Premium Membership (for £110 / year or £15.64 / month) which gives you full access to all Reloop benefits. This membership is best for members who wish to build their project pipeline, and find more roles.
Can I exchange Loops for the membership fee?

No, Loops are not a currency - they incentivise strong relationships between Reloopers, but they don't pay the bills.
Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing period and your account will be deactivated when your next membership payment is due.

Please note that we do not refund membership fees part way through the monthly or annual subscription. If you have any questions relating to cancelling your membership, please contact hello@reloop.co.
What is the difference between Classic Membership and Premium Membership?

Premium membership includes everything in the Classic Membership benefits, as well as:

- the ability to post 5 job postings per month

- add 6 additional skill sets to your profile to allow you to match with more jobs (for a total of 12 skill sets)

- apply for an unlimited number of roles

- access a list of curated job roles to match your skill sets

- receive relevant job alerts straight to your inbox and newsfeed, and

- view profile insights (who has viewed your profile and number of profile views)
Is there a free trial available?

All approved members will be given 30 days to use the platform for free prior to being charged their membership fee. You can cancel anytime during the 30 day trial period.
